The short version. The game has no servers of its own. There is no account system, we do not collect your name or email, and nothing you do in the game is sent to us. Your saved game stays on your device.
The one exception is advertising. The game shows optional rewarded video ads, and the advertising provider collects some device information in order to serve them.
This policy explains what happens to your data when you play
Seabreeze Market ("the game"). It applies to the Android
application published under the package name com.rettuz.market.
Nothing. We operate no backend service for this game. There is no login, no account, no leaderboard, no cloud save, no analytics service and no crash reporting service. We receive no data about you or your play.
Your progress — day number, cash, shelves, prices, settings, language and score — is written to your device's local storage by the game itself. It never leaves the device. Uninstalling the game deletes it permanently. There is no copy anywhere else, which also means we cannot restore it for you.
The game offers optional rewarded video ads. You are never required to watch one; every reward they give can also be reached by playing. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), which also mediates other advertising networks.
To serve and measure ads, these providers may collect:
We do not receive this data and we cannot link it to you. It is handled by the advertising providers under their own policies:
You can limit this at any time from your phone's settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads, where Android lets you delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of personalised advertising. The game keeps working normally if you do; you may simply see less relevant ads.
Because the game keeps no server, it is fully playable with no network connection. If you are offline, the reward buttons that require an ad are hidden and everything else behaves as usual.
The game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to one of the advertising providers listed above, contact us at privacy@rettuz.com and we will help you direct the request to the right provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, the CCPA or KVKK to access, correct or delete data held about you.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to return or delete on our side. Requests concerning advertising data must be made to the advertising provider, and we will help you reach them. Write to privacy@rettuz.com.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Significant changes will be noted in the app's store listing.
